"I was born in Toronto and I grew up in Vancouver. I am an illustrator and tattoo artist, and I'm actually starting my first year of art school next week!
Growing up, I didn't really intend to have a career in the arts. I always enjoyed drawing, but my main interest was science and biology. Well, I grew up, things changed, and I devoted more and more time to my art - but I still retained my earlier influences, the study of nature.
My world has gotten a bit muddy and complicated as I've grown up, and so has my art, but so long as I have my monsters to keep my company I'm quite content :)"
